FRESH PICKED FLAVOR
Have you ever bought tasteless strawberries from the supermarket? Berries that were probably picked underripe and shipped across the country or around the world.
Strawberries do not continue to ripen once picked. At Heeks Farm YOU pick the berries at their peak ripeness. If it’s not completely red it’s not ready!
We use organic growing practices. And we don’t spray our berries with any synthetic pesticides or fungicides.
WHAT WE GROW
At Heeks Farm we grow strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, muscadines, elderberries, carrots, sugar snap peas, arugula, kale, basil, tomatoes, green beans and more.
