Roasted Strawberries Recipe

There’s something magical about strawberries picked at their peak—sweet, juicy, and full of flavor. If you're looking for a cozy way to enjoy them beyond the field, try roasting! It brings out their natural sugars and creates a jammy, caramelized treat that’s perfect on toast, yogurt, pancakes, or even vanilla ice cream.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 lbs strawberries, hulled and halved

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice

  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt

How to Make It:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

2. Place all ingredients in a 13x9 baking dish and stir.

4. Roast for 45 minutes, mashing the berries halfway through.

5. Let cool slightly and pack in containers for your fridge or freezer.
